Graduate Master Builder (GMB) Accreditation

Sorrento Fine Homes is proud to say that we are the only home renovation contractor in the Rio Grande Valley with the Graduate Master Builder Accreditation. What does this mean for our clients?

The Master Graduate Builder Accreditation is only awarded to experienced veterans in the field. This accreditation requires five to ten years of reputable experience, and either a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) or Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation. Both of these designations are prestigious, in and of themselves! Builders and remodelers must go through hours of vigorous education in order to earn the CGR and CGB accreditations. .

In order to achieve GMB accreditation, contractors are required to complete even more courses. This significant time commitment ensures build quality and represents a commitment to excellence.
